The Itinerary
Everyone is invited to every event on this page. Everything is covered except Sunday brunch. The only group transportation all weekend is Friday night's party bus. For everything else you walk or take a rideshare, and we've marked which is which below.
Thursday, October 22
Wear Upscale nightlife. Legacy Club does not allow athleisure, sports attire or swimwear.
A rooftop lounge 60 floors above downtown. About 15 to 20 minutes by rideshare from the Strip. Circa is 21 and over, so bring your ID.
Right outside Circa. Stay as long as you like, and get back to your hotel on your own.
Friday, October 23
Wear Swimwear by day. Casual at night with comfortable shoes, since the Neon Museum is an outdoor walk. Bring a light layer.
We have a cabana. Drop in any time. Bring a swimsuit and sunscreen.
We'll tour the museum as a group, so meet us at the entrance by 5:45. Tickets are covered. Getting there is the one leg you handle yourself: it's downtown, about 15 to 20 minutes by rideshare from the Strip, and it's easy to split a ride with others from your hotel. Eat dinner before you come, since there's no food on the bus. When the tour wraps up at 7:00, the party bus picks everyone up right outside.
Two buses, Bus 1 (Team USA) and Bus 2 (Team Peru), compete in games on board and a photo hunt that runs until midnight. See the Photo Hunt section below. BYOB, and our first stop is the liquor store.
Saturday, October 24
Wear Cocktail attire. Wear shoes you can walk in, or bring a backup pair. Saturday is more than a mile on foot along the Strip.
Staying at the Flamingo? Leave by 11:30. It looks like it's across the street, but it's a 30-minute walk to the meeting spot.
This is our meeting spot, not lunch.
Stay with the group and we'll get everyone seated.
The main event.
While the family takes photos after the ceremony, Ran will lead everyone else over to Vanderpump. Jill and Ed make their grand entrance at 3:30.
We walk over together from Vanderpump at 4:00. It's about 10 minutes.
Right across the Strip from Bellagio. Sunset is around 5:55. Cake at 7:15, and the photo hunt trophy goes to the winning bus.
About a 20-minute walk from Paris, or a short rideshare. Plan to be there by 8:50.

Sunday, October 25
Wear Casual.
Join us if you're still in town. This one is pay your own.
Friday night, Bus 1 (Team USA) takes on Bus 2 (Team Peru). Photos only. It starts when the buses leave the Neon Museum at 7:00 and ends at midnight.

There are no shuttles between events. Las Vegas looks walkable, and mostly is, but everything takes longer than it looks.
The party bus runs Friday from 7:00 PM, leaving from the Neon Museum, and drops everyone at Caesars Palace at 10:15. We have it until 10:45, so it can make a few more drop-offs after that, decided on the bus. Getting to the museum is on you.
Caesars is right across the street, but our wedding coordinator says to plan on 30 minutes from the Flamingo to the meeting spot inside Caesars.
Thursday's Legacy Club and Friday's Neon Museum are downtown, about 15 to 20 minutes from the Strip by rideshare or taxi. Hotel rideshare pickup zones can be a walk of their own, so leave a few extra minutes.
Caesars to the Bellagio Fountains, across to Paris for dinner, then north to the High Roller. More than a mile in total, with a short rideshare as an option for the last leg.
Late October in Vegas usually means warm afternoons and cool evenings. Bring a light layer for the nights.

Saturday, October 24 at 1:00 PM in the Venus Garden at Caesars Palace. Please be inside Caesars by 12:00 PM and meet us at the Bacchanal Buffet entrance at 12:15. We'll walk to the ceremony together at 12:30.
